This fitness class provides body-weight exercises, circuit training – using dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, and battle ropes! All of our students have experienced weight loss from as little as 10 pounds to as much as 50 pounds! If you need help losing weight, Blayne will help you reach your goal!
